At HAIRGURL LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality human hair wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. We understand that shopping online can sometimes lead to uncertainty, so we have developed a clear and fair return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

You may return eligible items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Lace products (e.g., lace wigs, frontals, closures) must have intact lace with no signs of cutting or tampering.
Hair must be in its original bundle, not combed, dyed, or altered in any way.
Wigs/bundles that have been worn, styled, dyed, cut, or altered.
Custom wigs or made-to-order products (e.g., custom colours, custom lengths).
Items returned without original packaging.
Final Sale or Clearance items.
Items returned after the 14-day window.
⚠️ Due to hygiene regulations, once a hair product has been opened, handled, or removed from its original bundle/ties, we cannot accept a return for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing fault.
To initiate a return:
Email us with the following details:
Your full name and order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
Await approval and return instructions. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided in our approval email.
📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

🔹 Refunds apply to product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different length, texture, or product:
Follow the same return process.
Indicate your exchange preference in your return request email.
Once your return is received and approved, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability).
💡 Note: If the replacement item is higher in value, additional charges will apply. Any balance must be paid before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank or card account again.
Contact your bank/credit card provider — sometimes refunds take time to post.
If after 10 business days you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
We accept international returns, but please note:
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and any import duties.
Clearly mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
HAIRGURL LTD reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for customers who:
Abuse the return system
Exhibit a pattern of excessive returns or fraudulent behavior
Return altered products as “unused”
